Trending: Military

First of all, I would like to apologize for my absence, I have been writing exams for the past 2 weeks and only have one left, so I will be posting more often now.

I'm really feeling this Military/Camo style at the moment, it's a style that is extremely wearable, and a print that pretty much suits everyone, you could wear it as leggings or a pair of jeans, a shirt or a jacket, or even a skirt. I'm definitely going to be getting myself one of these jackets or leggings for sure!

Trending: Beenies.

Beenies are definitely another trend i am absolutely obsessed with. Not only can girls rock these beenies, but boys can too, and i must say that they do look rather good. There are a variety of beenies to choose from; from knitted ones with a cute bobble on the top, to sleek plain ones. i recently went out and got myself 2 beenies, which coincidentally happen to be the 2 i have just listed, both in black. I decided to go and get these little gems in black because well, black pretty much goes with everything. I do love how trendy and in style these are, and they aren't too expensive, depending on where you shop i guess. I suggest checking out which style suits you and your taste and just buy one! (or 2 if you like) it adds a little touch of grunge to any outfit, and works well with pretty much anyone!

OOTD: 16th May 2013

This outfit is a easy stylish outfit to just put together especially since its Autumn here and its not too cold yet. the shirt is a denim button up shirt with an american flag print on the front, white buttons, a collar and pockets on the chest and a tie in the front. Obviously i am wearing my trusty pair of black leggings with the hook and eye embellishments on the ankle, and then my lace up brown boots.

Trending: Track Pants

Track pants, aka sweat pants, have become a trend quite fast, they are comfy, warm and stylish. Well at least if you buy the right type. These track pants are all a more tailored fit, they are not those old straight down cut, pairs of pants you see on unfashionable moms who are too occupied trying to control their kids in the supermarket and just don't bother anymore (although most moms i see are very fashionable) these are a new fresh and hip variation of those oldies. Not only are track pants great for girls, but they are great for guys too! (as we can see in that lovely photo of those 2 boys in their sweats) These are so perfect for winter, in fact i just bought myself a pair today and i can not wait to wear them.

This outfit is inspired by summer concerts and band gigs, the outfit is a Red Hot Chilli Peppers band top, with highwaisted denim shorts with some silver studs at the top of the one pocket and fabric back pockets, and a pair of amazingly comfortable lace up heels.

April Beauty Favorites.

These are my Favorite beauty products from April. starting with the leave in conditioner, this product is amazing, it works so well and saves time in the shower. it smells and looks like a vanilla milkshake (hence the name) it is a little bit pricey , but since it is a spray you actually end up using much less than normal, and saving money, it's defiantly worth it though! 

Moving on to the radox shower gel, i love this because of the smell, it smells like a really good tea with a nice sweetness to it.

Next the Love etc.. body butter, i really like this product mainly because it is a thick nourishing body butter and makes my skin really smooth and lovely, the fragrance is also very nice.

The next product is my bronzer, the label has rubbed off unfortunately (from over use) but i do know it is from essence, it's a good colour for me and is inexpensive.

This next product is probably the best thing i have bought this month, Amilab, it is this amazing moisturizing lip balm, my favorite thing about it is that when you put it on, it literally just melts onto your lips, it has a fresh smell like lime and oranges,it is perfect for dry lips but it is a little pricey.

I actually bought the I <3 extreme mascara because i was out of mascara and just needed a cheap one before i got a new one, but wow, this is probably one of the best mascaras i have ever bought. it has a super thick brush and makes my eyelashes look really thick and long.

Normally i wouldn't go for a colour like the Revlon just bitten kissable lipstick but i decided to try something new and go for a nice dark berry for winter, it is a great colour and compliments my skin and hair perfectly!

I have had this red lipstick for a while now but i absolutely love it! it is such a perfect shade of red for me and smells like Shea butter, yum!

Lastly Pure white linen, this is one of my all time favorite perfumes! its a very crisp fresh smell, and lasts the whole day, i'm trying to save it, but i love it so much i think that might prove to be a challenge....

OOTD: 1st May 2013

This outfit i wore at a tea yesterday, it was such a perfect outfit for such a beautiful spring day, even though it's supposed to be Autumn here....but i'm not complaining.
the outfit is made up of a black sweetheart bustier crop top with triangle cut outs and a zipper down the back, a highwaisted  floral skirt that flares out into a slight A line shape, it also has a dainty strip of black lace in panels. the shoes are golden sandals with red and brown pleather crosses across the front.
